Captain - Private Charters & Vessel Operations

Saltleaf Marina is seeking a Captain to ensure safe, professional operation of Saltleaf Solstice and other vessels. You will lead crew, manage safety checks, and oversee voyage activities while delivering exceptional guest experiences on the water. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of passenger/charter vessel experience, a 50-ton USCG Master license (100-ton preferred), TWIC, and First Aid/CPR.
