Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Overview USAnesthesia Partners- Central Texas is seeking a full‑time CRNA for the Methodist Hospital Hill Country located in Fredericksburg, Texas. Centrally located between San Antonio and Austin, this CRNA position provides a competitive base salary with additional call pay opportunities. The schedule is based on a CRNA pecking order with call responsibilities 1:7 days and post‑call days off. Job Highlights $50,000 Sign‑on bonus High degree of autonomy and diversity with case types including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, urology, vascular, gynecology, and GI endoscopy. Obstetrical anesthesia experience is preferred, but training is available. CRNAs perform regional anesthesia to include epidurals, SAB, upper/lower extremity blocks with ultrasound guidance, and invasive line placement. 7 weeks Paid Time Off Full benefits including Medical, Dental Vision, Basic Life Insurance 401(k) matching and profit sharing (totaling up to 7% of your annual income) Company paid long‑term disability insurance Annual CME Allowance Qualifications All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
