Physician Pediatrics - Competitive Salary

Job Description

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician to join a long‑established, collaborative medical group in Canyon Country, California. This position is available due to the planned retirement of a pediatrician after 30 years and offers the opportunity to step into a stable practice with strong support, modern facilities, and excellent work‑life balance. The group is open to physicians at any stage of their career, including new residency graduates, and values a friendly, team‑oriented approach to patient care.

Key Position Details:

• Outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0-17
• Average of 20-30 patients per day with age‑appropriate visit lengths
• Light call schedule w
• Nurse triage support screens initial calls
• Inpatient responsibilities limited to normal newborn rounding
• Competitive salary range of $240,000-$280,000 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
