Trail Drive Management Corp. – Dickies Arena of Fort Worth, TX Dickies Arena is a 14,000 seat, spectacular multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The arena is owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC). The state‑of‑the‑art arena, opened in November 2019, hosts concerts, sporting events and family entertainment, and is the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances. Job Summary Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part‑time Concessions Stand Attendant/Cashier. This position is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience by taking food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Job Functions Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Accurately operate the POS system while serving high volumes of guests at concession stands. Follow all cash‑handling and tip‑reporting guidelines. Expedite guest food orders efficiently at concession stands or portable locations. Stock products and set up condiment stations, cashier stations, and display baskets. Thoroughly complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities. Practice proper product control and handle all inventory and equipment responsibly. Partner with team members to ensure consistent food and beverage quality. Assist in preparing food items as needed. Check concessions equipment to ensure proper operation and report issues promptly. Understand and execute responsible alcohol service. Always maintain proper sanitation and food‑safety standards, following all health codes and company guidelines. Navigate the arena confidently and assist guests with directions or questions. Help maintain high standards of customer service throughout service periods. Set up, maintain, break down, and clean concessions equipment to ensure proper use. Support other Food & Beverage departments as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus. Works well with others; establishes and maintains effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors. Basic math and cash handling experience. Work together with co‑workers to ensure that guests are always receiving excellent customer service & genuine hospitality. Understand and execute responsible alcohol service. Show knowledge of arena FAQs, including events, parking, and ticketing information. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Working Conditions Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures, including working outdoors. Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting. Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings. Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, machines with moving parts, heat from ovens, burners, steam, trays, etc. Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
