Job Overview

We are seeking crew members to join our team. The ideal candidate will posses a willingness to learn, good communication skills, and the ability to be a dependable worker. Hughes Family McDonald's is an expanding franchisee organization, seeking individuals who want to grow and develop with us. Responsibilities

The Crew Member's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive guest-experience

• Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's meals

• Cook and Prepare McDonald’s World-Famous food

• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun

• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
