Requirements:

• Over 5 years internal medicine experience preferred
• Over 5 years family practice experience preferred
• DEA controlled substances registration required
• Basic life support (BLS) preferred
• Licensed physician required
• Drug enforcement administration (DEA) license required

Education required:

Doctor of medicine

Education preferred:

PhD

Experience:

• Family practice experience
• Internal medicine experience

License and certification:

• DEA controlled substances registration - DEADEA
• Licensed physician - Board of medicine
• Drug enforcement administration (DEA) license - DOJDOJ
• Driver's license - DMVDMV
