REGISTERED DIETICIAN-MULTI FACILITY COVERAGE The Orchards Michigan, located in Harper Woods, MI is currently seeking a dietary manager to join our team. Dietary Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily food service operations in our hospital Recruit, hire, and train new staff members Instruct staff on how to create the meals that you design Maintain the inventory of our kitchens Establish a budget and work within its confines Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule Dietary Manager Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in dietary management or a related field is preferred Dietary manager certification Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred) Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of patients Dietary Manager Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Vacation and Paid Sick Time 401K Tuition Reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
