Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Role Overview: A registered nurse providing independent and comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, demonstrating clinical competence and managing long-term care strategies. Responsibilities include: Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation; administering medications and treatments following protocols; documenting patient information; addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs; and providing education to patients and families. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience; current RN license; BLS certification; and certifications such as NRP, ACLS, and specialized fetal monitoring certifications. Experience in perinatal care or neonatal resuscitation is advantageous. Additional Requirements: Attend orientation and complete competency validations; maintain annual certifications; and adhere to organizational policies. The role may involve working on a PRN, per diem basis, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care. #J-18808-Ljbffr DayToDay Health
