Title: SAP Reporting & Audit Support Specialist Location: Tampa, FL (onsite hybrid) Duration: 12-month W2 contract The SAP Reporting & Audit Support Specialist is responsible for managing and organizing financial and operational data from SAP systems to support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and requests for information (RFIs). This role ensures timely and accurate retrieval of reports and invoices, maintains organized documentation, and facilitates smooth communication between business units and auditors. Duties and Responsibilities Generate required reports from SAP and ensure accuracy of extracted data. Convert Reports to Excel Export SAP reports into Excel format and apply necessary formatting for clarity and usability. Download and Organize Invoices Retrieve invoices from SAP and maintain a well-organized digital filing system for easy access. Prepare Data for Requests Organize downloaded data and invoices into Excel and populate the Request for Information (RFI) template as per audit or compliance requirements. Data Review and Validation Review compiled data for completeness and accuracy before submission. Collaborate with Management Present organized data and RFI responses to management for review and approval prior to final delivery. Maintain Documentation Standards Ensure all files and templates adhere to company documentation and audit standards.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Preferred: Master s degree in Accounting/Finance or MBA. CPA or other professional finance certificationsEXPERIENCE
2 years with SAP experience. 5 years with no SAP experience possible Technical Knowledge Proficiency in SAP for running reports and retrieving invoices. Strong understanding of Excel, including data formatting, sorting, and template population. Familiarity with audit processes and Request for Information (RFI) requirements.
