Plant Facilities Engineer
Selmet
Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Plant Facilities Engineer to support complex titanium casting operations for aerospace and defense customers. In this role, you will own the reliability, maintenance, and improvement of plant utilities, building systems, and critical infrastructure. You’ll plan and execute preventive maintenance, lead facilities projects, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Working closely with production, EHS, and engineering teams, you’ll use data, lean methods, and root-cause analysis to drive uptime, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement in a demanding, high‑precision manufacturing environment.
