This position will be located in 233 Main St New Britain, CT 06051 (FT 1st shift Mon-Fri). Compensation Range The salary range for this position starts at $62,500. Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. CMHA also takes into consideration our benefits and paid time off package to provide a well‑rounded and competitive approach to the applicant’s overall compensation. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates who align with the organization's mission, values, and workforce needs. This position partners with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and organizational policies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also supports employer branding initiatives, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes. In conjunction with the Internship Coordinator, they are responsible for networking with schools and colleges to create and sustain long‑term relationships, and assist with paid and unpaid internship onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also assist with the administration of compensation and performance management as the first point of contact for policy questions and assisting with minor employee relation matters as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc.
