As a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work 20 hours per week, collaborating with staff and nurturing communication skills in students who need it most.

Who we're seeking:

• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY welcome)
• Strong grasp of IEP development, therapy planning, and effective documentation
• Exceptional communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Experience or interest in serving a diverse student population in a supportive educational atmosphere
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school team environment

What you'll do:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments and contribute to comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Monitor progress and maintain clear, timely documentation
