Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Clinical Nurse Coordinator Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/13/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Job Requirements Clinical Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory or nursing leadership experience. Psychiatric Experience: Previous psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Licensure: Active Illinois RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CPI certification required. Schedule: Evening shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday . Weekend/On-Call: No regular weekend or on-call requirements; holidays as needed. Floating: No floating required. Additional Responsibilities: Staffing and scheduling, staff education, serving as Charge RN, coordinating clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining quality patient care. Psychiatric Experience: Previous psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience is Required.
