You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, adept at addressing the whole patient, designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You are adaptable to patient needs, find joy in the variety of work and settings, collaborate with peers, and refer patients as needed. You are a teacher who trains patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Reporting to the Director of Rehab. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent.
