Clerical Coordinator-Receptionist

Responsible for coordinating service between the front office and back office of the practice. This includes ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner. The Clerical Coordinator-Receptionist's primary role is to maintain the organized, coordinated overall workflow of the Practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients.

Retrieve, process, and secure forms.

Print/set up new patient packets, assist patient with completing patient packets.

Set up Patient Portal for new patients.

Room patients.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certification

High School Diploma or GED

Skills/Experience

Knowledge of computer programs.

Ability to multitask in a face paced environment.

Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.

Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system. Provide high touch customer service

Answer telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.

Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.

Well organized and detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with patient management systems.

CPR/BLS Certification.

Bilingual
