Mental Health Therapists: Open Your Practice With Us

We are actively seeking a compassionate mental health therapist for our clinic who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients as well as a current LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) license. $65,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
• Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care
• Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary

TIER 1 — Independent | $1,600/month

For established clinicians who are comfortable managing their own practice and primarily need professional space. You run your billing, your admin, your schedule. We provide the space, the environment, and the community.

• Best for: Experienced providers with a full or near-full caseload who want autonomy and low overhead.

TIER 2 — Supported | $1,900/month

For clinicians actively building or expanding their practice who want some structure and shared systems without full support. You get access to administrative tools, increased referral opportunities, and operational support — while still running your practice your way.

• Best for: Mid-career clinicians growing a caseload who want light infrastructure without full dependence.

TIER 3 — Full Support | $2,200/month

For clinicians ready to make the move into private practice who want to hand off the administrative side — billing, credentialing, phone systems, and practice development support. You focus entirely on the clients. We support the rest.

• Best for: Clinicians transitioning from agency or group practice who are ready to go independent but don't want to figure it all out alone.

Qualifications:

• CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree
• State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent
