Responsibilities Include: Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience Presenting and selling memberships and wellness packages Managing patient check-in/check-out processes Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Maintaining accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software Re-engaging inactive members Supporting clinic sales and monthly goals Assisting with marketing and community outreach efforts Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization Working collaboratively with doctors and team members Qualifications Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and computer skills Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently Weekend availability required Reliable transportation required Must be willing to travel within a 15-mile radius if needed Schedule Requirements Monday Friday: 9:45 AM 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:45 AM 4:00 PM Sunday: 11:45 AM 5:00 PM Benefits Competitive pay + bonus opportunities 401(k) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Professional development and growth opportunities Complimentary Chiropractic Adjustments Positive team environment with advancement potential Pay: $15/hr - $17/hr Bonus + commission Why Join Us?
