Unit Secretary

Unit Secretary – Wilmington, MA CareOne at Wilmington. $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. Compensation based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule. Responsibilities Provide receptionist and secretarial services and maintain par level of supplies and equipment within the department. Assist in efficient operation of the unit; relate to patients, staff and physicians cooperatively based on Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center philosophy. Requisition supplies, equipment and services from other departments. Provide support to ensure efficient operation of the department. Participate in and support the unit governing council. Perform additional assignments not directly related to the job description when workload requires, as requested by others. Position Requirements High school graduate or equivalent experience as a unit secretary preferred but not required. CPR certification. Successful completion of medical terminology class preferred.
