Painter We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team. This position requires an individual with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using a variety of tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Ensure the proper mixing and matching of paint colors to achieve the desired result. Maintain and clean equipment, including spray guns and paint booths, to ensure they function efficiently. Follow safety protocols to protect oneself and the work environment from potential hazards. Essential Skills Proficiency in painting techniques and the use of spray guns. Experience working in a paint booth environment. Attention to detail and a strong sense of color and design. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in auto body painting is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment The work environment includes a well-equipped paint booth and requires adherence to safety standards to ensure a healthy workspace. The position may involve standing for long periods and wearing protective clothing as necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
