Lowe Rental, Inc. is one of the world’s leading rental refrigeration and catering equipment businesses. We provide refrigeration, catering equipment, and temporary kitchen solutions to major food exhibitions, sporting events, music festivals, retailers, and events around the world.

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Local DOT Driver & Warehouse Associate to support our Fort Worth Operations team. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with local DOT driving, including equipment deliveries and collections and operational support for customer locations, trade shows, and events throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding areas.

This is primarily a local driving and warehouse-based position and requires flexibility based on delivery, collection, and operational schedules. This role requires flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and after-hours as operational needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport equipment to and from customer locations, trade shows, and events throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of trade shows, temporary kitchens, retail installations, and customer sites.
• Load and unload refrigeration and catering equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and equipment.
• Inspect equipment for defects, damage, and operational concerns.
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts when certified.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Follow direction from management and promptly report operational concerns.
• Support general warehouse and Operations duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Clean and acceptable 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Previous DOT and box truck or equivalent commercial driving experience required; 2+ years preferred .
• Must meet company DOT driver qualification requirements and maintain required DOT credentials.
• 2–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or Operations experience preferred.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move heavy equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or after-hours when operationally necessary

Warehouse Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
