About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (13:00 - 21:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required License: Pending state license accepted Certifications: ARRT CT*, ARRT R, BLS required Must-Have: PACS and contrast experience Description: Position/Specialty: CT Tech Shift: 1 PM - 9 PM. Will be flexible with adjusting times if needed due to calls or PTO. May be asked to work early or late depending on staffing needs. Daily caseload per tech consists of inpatient, outpatient, neuro, full body, cancer, stroke, and lung screening cases. There are 4 scanners in-house, and approximately 100 patients are processed per day. First-timers are accepted. On-call may be required. Will float within the scope to meet facility needs as required. The role does not accommodate a block schedule. Locals are accepted. RTO restrictions indicate ideally no more than 5 days. Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty. On-call hours do not count towards guaranteed minimum hours. Work setting experience in inpatient, ER, community hospital, and adult ICU is required. General skills required include experience with PACS and contrast. Equipment/scanner experience is required with Siemens Force and GE scanners and Epic. This is a short term acute care facility. Collaboration with various interdisciplinary support teams is part of the role. Special procedures include inpatient and outpatient work with a variety of diagnostic needs. Additional unit details include daily patient diagnoses and special equipment as applicable. Travel compliance is required for submission. One supervisor reference is required at the time of submission. Candidates may float within the facility or nearby affiliate hospitals as needed. Background checks are a part of the compliance process and must be cleared before starting. Fingerprinting is required as per state regulations. Candidates must ensure they are aware of all requirements prior to submitting.
