Position Summary To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Ability to communicate and interact with relevant departments within the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members in accordance with Valleys SERVE and CARE standards.
