Job Description

Operations Coordinator

Coordinate and schedule workforce operations
Manage staffing requests and labor assignments
Track attendance, productivity, and safety compliance
Conduct field spot checks and workforce audits
Communicate with supervisors, staffing partners, and operations teams
Ensure every shift is fully staffed and running efficiently

We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience supervising crews or coordinating labor
Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
Safety-minded and detail-oriented professionals
Construction, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
Must have TWIC

This is not a desk-only role! You'll be out in the field, solving problems, supporting operations, and making an impact every day.
