The successful candidate will meet the following requirements: Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise and review a variety of audits, reviews, compilations and agreed upon procedures. Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the partner and execute it in compliance with Firm’s policies and procedures. Stay current on new accounting pronouncements and their impact on clients. Provide timely performance feedback on projects. Mentor and training of professional staff. Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service. Generate, cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting required CPA license required Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS and statistical analysis ratios Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects/task on a timely basis while monitoring time spent Proficient knowledge of CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
