Job Title Hospice Weekends RN Location Schaumburg, IL; Lisle, IL; Northbrook, IL Overview At Residential Home Health and Hospice (Residential), we are looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. With our 20-year track record, Residential is a strong leader in the industry. Responsibilities Collaborate in the management and delivery of patient care plans. Provide care for patients in Schaumburg, Northbrook, Lisle, IL, and surrounding areas. Work each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you work. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. Commitment to self-manage time and schedule. Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
