Responsibilities Include: - Perform skilled nursing visits including wound care, dressing changes, medication teaching, medication setup, and other patient care needs. - Provide education and support to patients and families to promote safe and effective care in the home setting. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Home health or home care nursing experience required. Experience with PICC lines and wound vacs preferred.
