Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant Opportunity - Boutique Law Firm - Henrico, VA - ONSITE
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base

Requirements
- Proven working experience of 3 – 5 years as a litigation paralegal/litigation legal assistant.
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, procedures, practices etc. in Virginia's civil courts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- The willingness to be a team player as well as a strong individual contributor
- The ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
