Duties of our Customer Service Representatives will include:

• Providing an excellent client service experience
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Scheduling appointments
• Client payment processing
• Client education
• Promotion of hospital products and services
• Support the hospital manager and other team members
• Light housekeeping

This position requires a practical knowledge of the hospital's procedures, policies and services; client and patient treatment protocols; data transcribing; word processing and standard procedures, records and terminology used in the veterinary hospital.
