Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
• Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
• Stay updated with new products and follow Chick-fil-A standards
• Complete all tasks as assigned and adhere to dress code
• Report any maintenance issues to Leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and loves helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently or in a team
• Flexible schedule availability and able to lift and stand for long periods
