W2 Roofing Sales Representative – $100K+ Uncapped Commission | Springfield, MO

Full-Time | W-2 | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | Company Truck Provided

Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role — local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.

Position Overview

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000 (W-2 position)
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential
• Average Earnings: $100,000+ annually

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Comfortable with door-to-door and outside sales
• Self-motivated with a strong track record of setting and hitting goals
• Valid driver's license required
• Able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Must currently live within ~30 miles of Springfield (local candidates recommended)
