Role Overview We’re seeking a plaintiff’s attorney with 3–5 years of experience, dual‑licensed in Virginia and Maryland, who can manage a balanced caseload across both states and build a career without a capped earning potential. Responsibilities

• Handle a growing personal‑injury docket, from intake and case preparation to negotiations and trial representation.
• Work with a dedicated support team of paralegals, case managers, legal assistants, and medical‑records specialists to keep cases moving.
• Target at least 45 closed cases per year and maintain a firm average of 30–40 per quarter.

Qualifications Active, in‑good‑standing license to practice in both Virginia and Maryland. 3–5 years of plaintiff attorney experience, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy. Strong work ethic, motivation to grow, and willingness to own cases without expecting early partnership discussion. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $125,000–$140,000 per year. Quarterly performance commissions on personal‑injury fees earned. 25% origination fee on cases personally brought in and resolved. On‑plan total compensation potential $155,000–$250,000+ with no ceiling. 100% employer‑paid health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(k) with 4% employer match after one year.
