ABOUT THE ROLE

Division-D is seeking a part-time Accounting Intern to assist our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments. The Accounting Intern will gain hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting processes and gain exposure to client billing, vendor payments, campaign expenses, and project budgets. Candidates will also receive mentorship from finance and agency professionals to provide a practical understanding of financial operations within a digital advertising firm.

CORERESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Prepare, organize, and process client invoices and vendor bills

• Track campaign costs, media spending, and project budgets

• Help monitor outstanding invoices and payments

• Assist with month-end reporting and spreadsheets

• Handle financial information with accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Completed or pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Careful attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software

• Interest in digital advertising or agency operations
