Sales & Marketing Manager

Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager leads the community's sales and marketing efforts by building relationships, guiding families through important decisions, and creating meaningful first impressions that reflect the Benedictine experience. This position ensures the community continues to grow while delivering exceptional experiences for prospective residents and their families. Working closely with the community leadership team, this position is responsible for driving census growth through sales leadership, local marketing initiatives, and strong partnerships with referral sources and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership by modeling the organization's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional resident and family experiences.
• Manages a culture of sales across the community through the implementation and management of sales initiatives, conducting sales activities.
• Executes a local marketing strategy to generate qualified leads.
• Generates prospects and maintains positive, productive, and impactful relationships with potential customers, families, and referral sources.
• Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
• Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy/sales or revenue targets
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of strategic knowledge of the senior living industry
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms

Salary Range

$36.06 - $40.38/hour, plus monthly and quarterly commission
