Position Summary
SeaQuake Brewing is seeking a motivated and dependable Prep Cook / Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting a positive team environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, works well under pressure, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
- Cook and plate menu items to SeaQuake standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory rotation and product storage
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members
- Support teammates during busy shifts
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Qualifications
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for the entirerty of the shift and lift over 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
