Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym

Little Land is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Specialist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This role is essential to creating a positive experience for the families we serve while keeping our day-to-day front office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in families and visitors with a warm, positive attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Respond to questions regarding programs, services, birthday parties, camps, and events.
• Make outbound calls regarding birthday party inquiries and other customer follow-up.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist therapists and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep the lobby and building clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Help ensure efficient daily operations by completing various office and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

We're searching for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every family who walks through our doors. This position would work mostly weekdays with occasional weekend shifts as needed. This position would be roughly 10-20 hours a week.
