Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located in Kingston, NY, this position is responsible for coordinating aspects of daily operations for the assigned residences in conjunction with the Residential Director. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance with OPWDD regulations, managing daily operations and procedural routines (resident inventories, supply inventories, food inventories, recreation supplies, etc.), ensuring proper staffing ratios, monitoring benefit use and overtime, providing necessary trainings, and facilitating treatment team and planning meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, associate's degree or 60+ credits required, or three years of experience in mental health field considered. Two years of progressively responsible positions in a residential setting for similar populations. Valid driver's license. Flexible, patient, energetic, creative, with a sense of humor. Strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs. Physical Requirements Pre‑employment physical required. Significant and frequent walking, sitting, stooping, bending, and standing. Frequent planned outdoor activities with exposure to sunlight and heat. Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate effectively by phone or in person at normal volumes. Vision adequate to read correspondence, computer screen, forms, etc. Good manual dexterity.
