Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact in patient care by supporting vital cardiac imaging services as part of a skilled healthcare team. This contract position focuses on providing expert assistance in the cath lab environment, ensuring accurate imaging and maximum patient safety during procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour shifts, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Call required one day per week and every 4th or 5th weekend
• Strict 75-mile radius restriction applies

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist required
• Proficient in imaging within a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
• Current and valid certifications as applicable (e.g., ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent)
• BLS/ACLS certifications preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care

Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment and assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, and monitoring throughout procedures
• Maintain sterility and safety standards within the cath lab
• Monitor equipment for optimal performance and troubleshoot as necessary
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
• Participate in scheduled call rotations as assigned
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
