Data Analyst - IT

To support a high-impact team in the aviation industry, the full-time remote Data Analyst - IT IV will build an analytics function from the ground up, translating complex business requirements into actionable KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level insights for the Flight Attendant application portfolio. Key responsibilities Lead the translation of business needs and user stories into measurable KPIs and metrics that illuminate business value Design, build, and own Power BI dashboards and reports for the Flight Attendant application teams Collaborate with senior leadership and product owners to define success metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives Required qualifications 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis with proven experience transforming business requirements into KPIs and executive dashboards Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and Power BI Service Advanced SQL skills, especially with Postgres or similar databases Experience analyzing NoSQL data sources such as DynamoDB Demonstrated ability to distill highly technical or behavioral data into business-relevant insights
