Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility to work in all areas of the ED and possess strong teamwork and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a high-volume emergency setting.
• Maintain patient safety and quality care through diligent monitoring and evaluation.
• Participate in patient triage, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Experience in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center is preferred.
• Valid RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications must be completed by the starting date.
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire.
