Job Description: Responsibilities ESL teaching, currently as Junior High School teacher. Design daily lesson plans. Design appropriate teaching and learning strategy. Coordinate other team members to ensure the grade learning outcome are met. Requirements Qualifications Good quality degree, or equivalent, in Education, major in English Language teaching is preferable. Experience Proven success of teaching English at Junior High School. Strong subject knowledge. Understanding of what makes outstanding teaching and learning and the ability to put this into practice. Personal Ability to work hard under pressure. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Commitment to continued personal development. General Good attendance and punctuality record. Professional dress. Benefits Base salary ranging from 28,000-30,000 RMB before tax. An extra Housing allowance of 7,000 RMB before tax. Free Lunch from Monday to Friday. Contract completion bonus. Air travel bonus.
