About Our Client

Our client is a reputable general contractor on Long Island, who regularly wins and completes large, complex commercial projects. The general contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction due to robust pipeline and long term growth.

Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and team members.
Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
Help manage project budgets and control costs.
Support in resolving construction-related issues and challenges as they arise.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Contribute to the preparation of project schedules and timelines.

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Riverhead, NY should have:

Experience with construction project management within the property industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions.
Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
