Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.
Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for patients with post-acute and chronic conditions.
Current CPR/BLS and documentation competency.
Preferred: experience with restorative nursing programs, gait training, wound care collaboration, and use of common SNF equipment such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts.
