Required QualificationsAbility to speak, read, and understand English
Ability to work in a physically demanding construction/data center environment
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move heavy equipment and materials
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe, lace-up work boots
Comfortable working in warm environments and on active construction sites
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Nice to Have Skills & Experience Cabling experience Job Description Insight Global is seeking Data Center Technician I professionals to support the installation, construction, and deployment of infrastructure within data centers. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in the data center industry and gain hands-on experience with structured cabling, pathway installation, rack deployments, and other construction-related projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, physically capable, and eager to learn. Previous data center, telecommunications, cabling, or construction experience is preferred but not required. Pay Ranges from $20-$25/hr
