With a team of 500+ professionals, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.The RoleWe're seeking a Medical Receptionist – Primary Care to ensure an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Under the supervision of the Office Manager, you'll support daily front desk operations, manage patient interactions, and help maintain an efficient and welcoming clinic environment.What You'll DoGreet patients in a courteous and professional manner and manage check-in and check-out procedures.Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and collect copayments as required.Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR).Manage front desk workflow to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times.Scan, file, and process patient documentation as needed.Always maintain compliance with HIPAA and office policies.Other relevant duties as assigned by management.What We're Looking For1+ years of experience in a medical office or related customer service role.High school diploma or equivalent required.Knowledge of medical office procedures, insurance verification, and EHR systems preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.Why Join PCC?Impactful role in a mission-driven organization.Competitive salary and growth potential.Ready to make a difference?
