The Opportunity The Graphic & Presentation Designer will play a key cross‑functional role, merging creativity with strategy, in visually communicating the mission of Come Near for internal and external‑facing stakeholders. This role will lead in developing and designing polished executive presentations along with digital and print creative collateral for the greater organization. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Graphic & Presentation Designer will work across functions, not limited to senior leadership, creative studio, communications and investor relations, to ensure a consistent, compelling visual identity and storytelling that compels our audience, team and partners to take one step closer to Jesus. What You’ll Do Executive Presentation Design Create dynamic and visually engaging decks aligned with company branding and key messaging objectives for C‑level leaders presenting at events, conferences and board meetings. Develop compelling visual elements such as custom graphic illustrations, data visualization, and interactive builds that enhance visual storytelling. Brand Stewardship Ensure consistency of visual identity and brand standards across all creative outputs. Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate abstract concepts into impactful designs for print and digital collateral. Receive and incorporate feedback from the Chief Creative Officer and cross‑functional partners to refine and strengthen designs. Best Practices Stay informed on best practices and design trends to ensure Come Near’s creative work remains disruptive and engaging. Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, brand, or mission‑driven organization. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums, particularly executive presentations and pitch decks. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency with Google Suite (for executive presentations). Strong visual systems thinking (typography, layout, composition, hierarchy). Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual designs. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Nice to have: Experience with graphic and executive presentation design. Nice to have: Art direction experience. Nice to have: An understanding of faith and cultural dynamics in storytelling and visual communication.
