$5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Plaza Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Gainesville, FL. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced physical therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans

• Provide direct patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions as prescribed by the physical therapist

• Conduct patient assessments, record data, and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Completion of an approved physical therapy assistant program

• Current PTA certification
