Scrum Master / Delivery Lead - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for managing the delivery of AI platform outcomes across a critical infrastructure portfolio. The Delivery Lead will enable a hybrid AI platform spanning on-premise, private, and public cloud environments, partnering across multiple product lines including infrastructure, data, platform engineering, and security to advance the firm's AI strategy. This position requires blending enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business outcomes using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
• Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
• Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
• Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives
• Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls
• Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs

Requirements:

• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
• Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud and AI technologies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
• Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
• Proven ability to influence, communicate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

Desired skills:

• PMP Certification
• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe / Agile certifications
• Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
