Arbeitsort: Jena, Thüringen, DE Ihre Aufgaben: Steuerung von Arbeiten in Projekten mit dem Ziel zur optimalen Gestaltung der Produktions-/Fertigungsprozesse unter wirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Gesichtspunkten Mitwirkung bei der kosten- und materialoptimierten Produktentwicklung und Erstellung von Fertigungsanforderungen Verantwortung für die Organisation und korrekte Abwicklung der zugewiesenen Projekte unter Berücksichtigung von Timeline, Budget, technische Performance (national/ international) Seriengerechte Technologie- und Produktenwicklung in Entwicklungsvorhaben und aktive Übernahme von Produkt, Herstellprozess und Supply Chain in die Fertigung Erstellung und Abnahme von Herstellungslayouts und Prozessablaufplänen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Qualitätsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren technisch‑wirtschaftlichen Fachrichtung. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Launch Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Qualitätsingenieurin, Prozessingenieurin, Produktionsplaner*in oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Produktions‑ oder Qualitätsumfeld. Fundiertes Verständnis spezifischer Produktionstechniken, Fertigungsprozesse und moderner Produktionsplanung. Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Einsatz von Qualitätsmethoden zur Prozessvalidierung sowie im Umgang mit Prüfmitteln. Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. Sicherer Umgang mit Lean‑Management‑Ansätzen, Supply‑Chain‑Methoden und etablierten Q‑Tools wie FMEA oder 8D. Hohe Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischsprachkenntnisse.
