Cardiovascular Technologist

Cath Lab Technologist – InterventionalSchedule3x12 hour shifts; weekends required; on-call: 1 night per week.Assignment DetailsAverage caseload: 4–7 cases per day.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of Cath Lab tech experience.Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted.Community hospital experience required.Active CA license at the time of submission.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), Fluoroscopy certification.ResponsibilitiesAssist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including left/right heart catheterization and coronary angiography.Perform percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), including high-risk cases.Insert temporary and permanent pacemakers/AICD and perform thrombectomies.Manage and use support devices such as IABP and Impella.Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and rhythm interpretation.Maintain sterile technique and assist as a room circulator during procedures.Compliance / NotesTwo supervisory or higher references required at submission; flu vaccine required during flu season (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required.Client Details City Torrance State CA
