For additional information, view a quick message from some of our employees: Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Work includes organizing and facilitating project meetings, development and monitoring of project budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and institutional standards. Project Managers communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide guidance on architectural and building systems, and escalate or resolve issues to support successful project outcomes. As project complexity increases, they take on broader oversight, integrate input from campus partners, and recommend effective solutions that balance quality, schedule, and institutional goals. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
